Yeah,5:30pm. They close at 2-3am. 11:pm 1/2 off deals on, nearly whole menu! Hell, the food is already under priced at that. They have private party, open grills with own cooks, in a separate room. Is making a reservation now for September to soon
Your chances of having to wait a long time for a table even as a walk in aren't too high unless its a weekend but it's never a bad idea to make a reservation. In regards to how far in advance you should make the reservation, I would say anymore than a week in advance is unnecessary. Tiger is the best chef there. I've eaten at Musashi a countless number of times and have never had a bad experience.
